Dear sir,

We are planning to have a pre-meeting for the 3^rd Asian Pulp & Paper Industry Conference in July. In the pre-meeting, staffs from CPA, CTPIA, JPA and KPMA will get together to talk over the conference agenda, topics, social program and so on.

After the pre-meeting, the host association will mail out the invitations to the whole members.

We would like to have the pre-meeting on July 18^th , in Xiamen international seaside hotel (厦门国际会展酒店), Xiamen city, Fujian province, China.

Please depute your some of staff to attend the pre-meeting on time.
