Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter acceptance, review and approval

Chapter IV Supervision and Administration

Foreign suppliers to fraud, bribery or other improper means to obtain registration, the AQSIQ shall be punished. The foreign supplier within three years shall not apply again for registration.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
