3 implementation of inspection and quarantine

 

3.1 the inspection and quarantine ways and requirements

4.2.6 in addition to the above listed various waste outside, in waste paper utilization process can not be directly use other entrainment waste (such as waste wood, scrap metal, waste fabric and waste glass, waste plastics and waste, etc.) shall not exceed the total weight of imported waste paper weight of two point five percent.

 

4.3 quality, quantity and weight inspection qualified, issue "entry of goods inspection and quarantine certificate.

 

4.4 does not meet the requirements of environmental protection and quality, quantity and weight inspection unqualified goods, issue "inspection and quarantine certificate.

 

4.5 does not meet environmental protection requirements of the goods, the timely issued by the inspection and quarantine certificate copy handed over to the local administrative department of environmental protection and the customs in processing, and according to the relevant provisions of the state quality inspection administration report in time.

 

4.6 move, plants, the health and quarantine unqualified, according to the relevant provisions of the state for processing, and promptly report to higher level.
