On regulating the overseas supplier enterprises of imported waste materials to apply pre-shipment notice
To strengthen the supervision inspection and quarantine of imported waste materials to prevent fraudulent use of illegal enterprises registered by the State Administration of Quality Supervision overseas supplier enterprises of imported waste materials (hereinafter referred to as "registered supplier firms") on behalf of China's export of waste materials to protect the registered supplier legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, the AQSIQ will strengthen the supply of imported waste materials information verification, to further regulate the registration application for pre-shipment inspection company supply the work. Announcement on the matter are as follows:
First, according to the AQSIQ Notice No. 112 of 2007, Article 2, the registered supplier firms should make their own via the Internet, "electronic pre-shipment inspection of imported waste materials management system" (Address: psi.cnca.cn) to submit shipping before the test application (hereinafter referred to as "inspection"). To prevent false inspection, the registered supplier firms should regularly change the password to enter the electronic management system and properly stored.
